Insights Strategist
- Design and run qualitative research programs for leading pharma clients.
- Translate voice-interview data into sharp, evidence-backed insights reports.
- Work directly with clients to scope briefs and present readouts.
- 2–5 years of experience in primary research, consulting, or pharma insights.
Operations · Paris
Client Operations Lead
- Own the end-to-end delivery of client studies — from kick-off to final readout.
- Coordinate recruiting, interview scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Build scalable processes as we grow from dozens to hundreds of studies.
- Background in project management, CRO operations, or market research ops.
Engineering · Paris
Internship — Applied AI
- Work on the AI systems that power Labstr's interview and analysis pipeline.
- Prompt engineering, fine-tuning experiments, and evaluation frameworks.
- Ship real features — no sandbox projects.
- Engineering or research background; Python and LLM experience preferred.
